Parent Questionnaire

The annual survey, through invited scoring and comments, is used to help monitor and quality assure aspects of school life.

Dear Parent/Carer,

As part of our ongoing commitment to improving the educational opportunities and provision in Coatbridge High School, we would like to enlist your help. We undertake an Annual Survey, the responses from which we analyse and use to inform and write the School Improvement Plan. This in turn outlines what we plan to do in the coming year.

To enable us to meet the needs of all users of Coatbridge High School, we are asking staff, pupils and parents to complete an on-line questionnaire. This should take no more than 10 minutes to complete and therefore we would be most grateful if you could do so by Friday 12th of May 2017.

The survey is in 5 parts and can be accessed using the following links:

Parental Survey 2017 Part 1
Parental Survey 2017 Part 2
Parental Survey 2017 Part 3
Parental Survey 2017 Part 4
Parental Survey 2017 Part 5

The responses will then be collated, and compared to those of the last Survey. Staff, pupils and parents will then be informed of these results via the published report (by request), the School Website, presentation to the Parent Council as well as the Newsletter. If you wish to discuss the contents of this letter with me, please do not hesitate to call me at the School.

I look forward to reading your responses and thank you again for taking the time to complete this questionnaire.

Yours faithfully,

Mrs Janie O’Neill
Head Teacher

The responses will also be collated, and compared to those of the last Survey and results made available via the published report (by request), the School Website, presentation to the PTA and School Board, as well as the Newsletter.
